It looks like a temporary issue with the Gmail API that is sending the emails. I am looking into it. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please look into this as soon as you can. This issue for a different product has been raised on the Google Product Forum and the poster was told to contact the developer of the add-on--so I am afraid all roads lead back to you. I would like to send at least e-mails but it does not have to be per day. Could someone please respond? I've used this add on many times. It has been a huge time saver for me. It helps the person who filled out the form feel confident that it has been received. I also use it to send that person a copy of what they filled out. I really like it! I also had a glitch a few days ago, got prompt feedback and am using it now!
I'm just testing out your forms add-on. From the outset it looks great. I was looking for something that would send HTML. To get started, go to your Google Drive and create a new folder or use an existing folder. Inside the script editor, remove all the existing code and copy-paste the following snippet.
Inside the script editor, select initialize from the function drop-down and click the Run button to create the OnFormSubmit trigger for your current Google Form. This will essentially run the Apps Script code whenever someone submits a new form entry and upload files to a specific folder in Google Drive.
Go to your Google Form and submit a new test entry. You should now see all the uploaded files neatly organized in a custom folder under the parent folder. The name of the custom folder is the unique Response Id that Google Forms automatically assigns to every form submission.
In the advanced settings section, click the Select Folder button to choose the parent folder in your Google Drive where all the files would be saved. With File Upload Forms, you can send email notifications when people submit the form. The emails can be personalized by including the form fields in the email subject and message body. Your form is now ready for the world. You can use Gmail Mail Merge to send the form link to all your contacts in a personalized email.
